Dear Mother,
My history Professor has been teaching us about John and Charles Wesley. Each of these brother's made their own contribution to the history of evangelism. The affect of Charles's hymns is astounding. Even "Hark the Herald Angels Sing" and "Christ the Lord is Risen Today" is recieved by unbelievers during the holidays. However, the students have various opinions about the scope of the brother's influence on modern life. Each of us are writing a paper for the class. Would you tell aunt Miranda that I am interested in knowing whether I may borrow her book on the Wesleys? Either she or her sister-in-law could lend me their copy. Thank you very much.
Sincerely,
Joleen
